SGZ630 type scraper conveyer is a scraper conveyer which is developed by combining the characteristics of the same type scraper conveyer at home and abroad and the specific situation of coal mine in China. The conveyor is suitable for transporting coal in the roadway and working face of gently inclined coal seam, and can be used with MG80/200.MG100/240, MG2x100/468 and other shearer when fully mechanized mining and high-grade general mining face are used together. In the middle section of the conveyor, according to a variety of structural forms of stopper and shovel plate, the stopper and shovel report are welded together with the central groove, removing the previous bolt connection, increasing reliability and reducing maintenance. The conveyor can be used together with different types of shearer, push-slip or hydraulic prop. It can be used not only for high-grade general mining face but also for comprehensive mechanized mining and welding face.
Adapted to the working environment:
1) Medium-thick coal seam or thin coal seam with a mining height of 0.7~3.1 meters.
2) working face inclination ≤35°.
