MG110/125-TWD AC traction shearer is a frequency conversion speed regulating electric traction shearer developed on the basis of MG100-TP drum shearer, which is suitable for mining thin coal seams with thickness of 0.75-1.5 meters, coal hardness f≤3.5, and coal seam inclination below 30°. When the inclination is greater than 15, the machine should be set up anti-skid device.
Performance characteristics:
It is mainly composed of traction part, cutting part, rocker arm, roller, electrical control system, cooling spray system, coal baffle, bottom support plate and other auxiliary devices. The cutting part and the traction part are connected together with high strength bolts through the cutting motor, and then fixed on the bottom bracket together with the electric control box. The rocker arm box is integrated with the cutting part through the gear meshing. The pin shaft used to adjust the height of the cylinder is connected with the rocker arm shell and the cutting part box respectively. When the cylinder is telescopic, the lifting action of the rocker arm is realized.
The shearer is a thin seam shearer with full length shuttle along the stoping face. The four slipper assembly on the bottom support plate and the guide slipper on the cutting part and traction part of the old pool side are jointly supported on the middle groove of the scraper conveyor. The traction motor is decelerated by the traction transmission part and drives the walking wheel. The walking wheel is engaged with the pin row of the scraper conveyor and guided by the guide slipper. At the same time, the cutting motor drives the cutting drum to rotate through the cutting box, so as to complete the coal dropping and loading work on the mining face.
